Hi, I’m the founder of Sunny Little Sleeper, and I help families find rest, balance, and joy through gentle, effective sleep coaching for babies and toddlers. I believe that every family deserves peaceful nights and happy mornings, and I’m here to make that possible with a compassionate, personalized approach.As a certified sleep coach, I combine evidence-based methods with empathy and encouragement to create sleep plans that truly fit each family’s unique needs, routines, and parenting style. My goal is to empower parents with the tools and confidence to build healthy sleep habits that last.Whether it’s tackling bedtime battles, early morning wake-ups, or tricky nap transitions, I’m here to guide and support families every step of the way.
